Dr. Chris Green

He always knew that he wanted to own a dental practice and in 2016 (3 years out of dental school, with clinical chops dialed in) he decided to figure out what that path might look like. Would he pursue a partnership with a senior doc, seek out an acquisition or take a leap of faith towards a startup. Ultimately he chose to believe and invest in himself and took the startup route. Those that have done a startup know the decision to go that route is just step 1 because once the doors open, the rubber starts to meet the road. He realized that in order to run a successful practice he would need to invest in his own growth as a leader and a businessman. It was hard and intentional work. 5 years into a startup he had grown a 6 op practice to $4.6 million in annual revenue at 40% overhead. In recent years he has earned the option to not work clinically and has taught other dentists to hedge & replace their dental income with passive income from alternative investments.

2022 was a busy year full of ups & downs. Due to health reasons, his father was forced to retire from dentistry after 38 years of service. Dr. Green took the lead in selling his Father’s Chicago based practice and real estate, all while acquiring a second location in Colorado and inviting a second child, Cameron into the world.

In 2023, he executed a strategic partnership cashing in on one of industries highest EBITDAs per operatory by joining hands with an invisible DSO. A move that allowed him to capitalize on the 5 year near vertical growth of Green Dental.

This has opened doors for him to expand beyond dentistry. Dr. Green is the co-founder of Dynamic Dental Ascension, an author of multiple dental books & manuals, DSI black belt coach, & founder of The Practice Launchpad, sharing his secrets with dentists hungry for success.

Off-duty, he’s a wild spirit exploring the untamed Colorado Rockies with his wife Jenna, kids Rowyn and Cameron, and his loyal sidekick, Murphy, the dog. Family is his rock, and adventure is his game.
